    Thank you for your interest in bringing a group to Concordia University, St. Paul (CSP)!

    Fall Visits

    We have reached full capacity and are no longer accepting group visit requests for Fall 2024 (September–December). Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to accommodating future group visits!

    Spring 2025 requests will be available to request mid-December.

    CSP Group Visits At-A-Glance

    ➜ Offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays*

    • *Excluding holidays, campus events and university breaks

    ➜ 90 minutes in length (admissions and financial aid overview + campus tour)

    ➜ 50 students maximum (1 adult chaperone per 10 students required)

    • Each student participant must register in advance

    • Registration details to be provided upon visit confirmation

    ➜ Requests must be received at least two weeks in advance

    ➜ Groups are responsible for all expenses (lunch, transportation, etc.)

    FAQ's

    Can my group eat lunch on campus?

    Yes! Your group may choose one of three options for lunch on campus:

    • Bring your own lunches to eat in a CSP classroom

    • Order pizza and salad through CSP's dining services provider

    • Eat in CSP's Dining Hall (30 people max)

      • Only available during the academic year (September - April)

    You may indicate your preference on the group visit request form.
    Please note that CSP does not cover or reimburse lunch expenses for group visits.

    Can my group park on campus?

    Parking is available for buses as well as individual vehicles on campus. We will provide specific guidance once your group visit has been confirmed. Groups are responsible for providing their own transportation to campus.

    Can I make changes to my group visit request?

    Please contact us at campusvisits@csp.edu to discuss any modifications to your requested or confirmed group visit (change in group size, visit time adjustment, etc.). We will do our best to accommodate any requested changes.
