    Thank you for your interest in bringing a group to Concordia University, St. Paul (CSP)!

    Please review the information below and complete our form to request your visit. Contact campusvisits@csp.edu with any questions.

    Summer 2026 Visits

    We are currently accepting group visit requests for Summer 2026 (May - August).

    Priority is given to 11th and 12th grade groups.

    Once capacity is reached, group visit registration will close. 

    Note: Our dining hall and chapel are closed during the summer months (May - August).

    CSP Group Visits At-A-Glance

    ➜ Offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays*

    • *Excluding holidays, campus events and university breaks

    ➜ 90 minutes in length (admissions and financial aid overview + campus tour)

    ➜ 50 students maximum (1 adult chaperone per 10 students required)

    • Each student participant must register in advance

    • Registration details to be provided upon visit confirmation

    ➜ Requests must be received at least two weeks in advance

    ➜ Groups are responsible for all expenses (lunch, transportation, etc.)

    FAQs

    Can my group eat lunch on campus?

    Yes! When completing the form, your group may choose one of three options for lunch on campus:

    • Bring your own lunches to eat in a CSP classroom

    • Order pizza and salad through CSP's dining services provider

    • Eat in CSP's Dining Hall (30 people max)

      • Only available during the academic year (September - April)

    Please confirm your group’s final student count at least 2.5 weeks before your scheduled visit so we can place your lunch order in time.

    CSP does not cover or reimburse lunch expenses for group visits.

    Can my group park on campus?

    Parking is available for buses as well as individual vehicles on campus. We will provide specific guidance once your group visit has been confirmed. Groups are responsible for providing their own transportation to campus.

    Please note that CSP does not cover or reimburse transportation expenses for group visits.

    Can I make changes to my group visit request?

    Please contact us at campusvisits@csp.edu to discuss any modifications to your requested or confirmed group visit (change in group size, visit time adjustment, etc.). We will do our best to accommodate any requested changes.

    What spaces will my group see on tour?

    Your one-hour tour will involve walking indoors and outdoors throughout our campus with a CSP representative. Tour stops will include: academic spaces (classrooms, library), residence halls, athletic and extracurricular areas, dining options, and more!
